Contests:Produced in New York Produced in NY is a silent cooking demonstration that encourages youth to cook with locally grown foods, review nutritional information and learn new cooking skills. The forms used for this program at the state fair can be found below:

Youth Building Dormitory Information
Youth, Adults, Extension Educators and/or Volunteers residing in the dorms must register. No children under the age of 5 are permitted to stay in the dormitories. All youth must have a Chaperone. NOTE: Final billing will be based on information recorded at the close of NYS Fair.
Completed copies of this form are to be sent electronically to Adam Davis no later than Aug. 18, 2011. Add as many names and rows as you need to accommodate dormitory registrants for your group. Additions/final edits can be made at the State Fair Dormitory.
