2016 Youth Building STAGE and KITCHEN DEMO Area Reservations 

Note: If there are any conflicts or questions with your request, we will contact you to work things out. We will post an updated schedule in May that reflects known activities in the stage and kitchen demo areas. (e.g., Produced in NY).

2016 Chaperone Guidelines (to be posted in May)​ 

Please keep in mind that chaperones that have not been background checked and registered by a County Educator will be denied access to the dormitory. Youth not preregistered will need a signed dorm registration form from their County Educator to stay in the dorm.

​NOTE: Final billing will be based on information recorded at the close of NYS Fair. For a report of pregistered youth and adults from your Association/Group email Adam Davis.

2016 Master List

Master List MUST DOs:

  • MasteLists must be printed one side to a page.
  • Master Lists must be completed if exhibits within the county booth are to be evaluated.
  • 2 (TWO) Copies of the Master List must be turned-in to the Youth Building 4-H Office before 9pm EST.

Exhibitor Entry and Statement for Youth Building Exhibits
See the description of the two-part entry card and statement in the Guide for Staff below. Both need to be included on every Youth Building exhibit that will be evaluated. 
  • The Statement is a fillable pdf form that can be filled out on a computer and printed; or, it can be printed as a blank form and filled out by hand. 
  • The Entry Cards will be coming to you from State Fair on green card stock. The one posted below is for demonstration purposes only. Do not use previous versions of the Exhibitor Card, and kindly recycle any old entry cards you have in your office.
