Visting Cornell? Some things that you won't want to miss while you're here...

Career Explorations.  For over 70 years, 4-H Youth have visited the Cornell University campus to learn more about Cornell and the careers graduates enjoy. The purpose of this program, now called 4-H Career Explorations, is to provide youth with exposure to academic fields and career exploration, to develop leadership skills, and to provide hands-on experience in a college setting.

Capital Days. A longstanding 4-H tradition, Capital Days gives youth an opportunity to meet and interact with legislators and tell their 4-H story, create an awareness of career opportunities in New York state government, better understand state government, and network with delegates from other counties.

STARR. State Teen Action Representative Retreat is a three-day event intended to challenge, inspire and teach our future leaders.

The conference is planned and led by a youth/adult partnership team.  Workshops are presented by Cornell Cooperative Extension Educators, faculty, staff, volunteers and youth.
