Nominate your 2009 State Fair 4-H Volunteer of the Day by Monday, Aug 3rd!

Here's your opportunity to nominate a Special Volunteer from your county (or region or State program) to be designated as "4-H Volunteer of the Day" for one of the 12 days of the New York State Fair.

Volunteers selected will have their photo and a short bio displayed prominantly in the 4-H Youth Building over the course of the 12-day NYS Fair.

Each "4-H Volunteer of the Day" will be welcomed (but not required) to attend the Fair on their designated day where they will be greeted, introduced and honored during a special presentation on the Youth Building stage.

Get a jump this summer on the National 4-H Salute to Excellence Award Nomination by identifying your valued volunteers that match the selection criteria for Volunteer of the Day and Salute to Excellence.
