  • Dormitory Pre-Registration Forms - due no later than August 15th  Male / Female
  • Dormitory Card (print on 8 1/2 X 11 regular paper) (Completed form required of all youth and adults staying in the youth building dorms) Turn in to dormitory staff when arriving at the fair.
